The supplier of the items in your order is Maison-chef ltd, trading business as Tagine Express, with a registered office at 31 Colne Road in High Wycombe, HP13 7XN. You must be the recipient of all communications.
The user of the website and the person who purchased the items are referred to as “you” and “your” in our language. We will email the provided address to confirm receipt of your order, and whether this email is received or not, sending it constitutes our binding agreement that your order has been accepted. We might provide exclusive deals to both new and current customers. If these are introductory offers, only first-time website visitors may accept them. Users who have already registered are not eligible. Discount codes can only be used once per order, and they can never be directly or indirectly copied. Any discounts are subject to termination or modification by us at any time and without prior notice. When placing your order, you must pay in full for the products (together with any applicable delivery fees). When we receive all payments due and payable by you for or in connection with the products, including (where applicable) delivery fees, ownership of the goods we supply to you will pass to you. Although the kitchen where our products are created stores and handles nuts and other potential allergies, our labels make it obvious when these ingredients are included in any meal’s ingredient list.

Registration
By registering on our website and purchasing anything from Tagine Express, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale, which govern all transactions on tagineexpress.com.
Purchasing from our website implies that we must have the following.
Delivery
Delays in delivery. We are not liable for delivery delays that are beyond our control. If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as feasible and will take steps to minimise the impact of the delay. If your order cannot be delivered on the planned delivery date, we may contact you to arrange an acceptable alternative for the next available delivery date, or you may contact us in writing to obtain a refund.
If you are not at home when your item is delivered, please contact the courier so that it can be left in your designated ‘safe spot’. If you do not indicate a ‘secure spot’ at checkout, the delivery person will leave it in a safe location at their discretion. We do not take responsible if your Products are stolen or damaged after we have left them in your ‘secure spot’ or another location deemed safe by the delivery driver. At our exclusive discretion, we may grant you a refund.
The products will be delivered to the address you indicate during the checkout process; this address is confirmed on your order confirmation. This address cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched. If the delivery address supplied is incorrect, we are not accountable for any delays or missed deliveries; any replacements or refunds are entirely at the discretion of the business.
What will happen if you do not provide us with the necessary information? We may require certain information from you in order to supply the products to you, such as your name, email address, contact phone number, billing address, and delivery address, which will be requested during the ordering process. If you do not provide us with this information within a reasonable period after we request it, or if you provide us with incomplete or erroneous information, we may terminate our contract with you. We shall not be responsible for supplying the items late or not supplying any part of them if you not giving us the information causes this we need within a reasonable period of our asking for it.
The following information is about our delivery service. If no specific instructions are entered during the delivery details screen of the order process, you agree to sign for the delivery as the client. No boxes will be returned to the depot; instead, they will be left at the delivery address and will be charged to you, the client. Special restrictions will be honoured, but please ensure that they are judged “fair,” such as leaving enough freezer room for delivery boxes.
Alternatively, instructions to knock on a neighbour’s door should indicate that it is within a short walking distance of your residence and does not require the courier to travel any further. Because of factors beyond our control, such as weather and traffic, we will try to deliver later in the day.
Cancelling an order

The UK Distance Selling Regulations apply to us as an online vendor. However, because we sell perishable goods, the restrictions governing the return of unwanted goods do not apply to us directly. is normally around 9 am on the day you are expecting delivery).
What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are dissatisfied with any of the items in your order or with any aspect of Tagine Express’s delivery service, please contact us by emailing us through the website’s Contact Us page.
Because we sell perishable foods, we ask that you, the client, inspect the food once it has been opened. If you are dissatisfied with the goods, please call us right away at 00447732385502. We will gladly swap or refund any item that does not meet our quality standards or has been damaged in transit. Please tell us as soon as possible if you received an incorrect item.
If you would want us to replace the erroneous item with the item you ordered, we will do so as quickly as feasible. We will not, of course, charge you for incorrect items. Tagine Express has an open and honest policy and will do all possible to accommodate and act on any complaints or suggestions.
