Services Agreement
Mobile Message from Tagine Services Agreement Maison-chef Ltd. (“we” or “us”) manages the Tagine Express mobile messaging service. These terms and conditions (the “Mobile Terms”) are accepted by you by using the Service. Without prior warning, we have the right to change or eliminate any aspect of the Service. We may also alter these Mobile Terms at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such changes shall represent your acceptance of such changes.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are liable for any text messaging rates and fees imposed by your phone provider. Rates for messages and data may apply. Text messages can be sent using an automated telephone dialling system or another type of technology. The receipt of autodialed marketing text messages is not a requirement for the purchase of any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service sends updates, alerts, information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.)], promotions, deals, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from Maison-chef Ltd. to the mobile phone you supplied by text messages through your cellular provider. The frequency of messages varies. To cancel at any time, click the unsubscribe link in any text message. A one-time opt-out confirmation text message will be sent to you. Except where relevant legislation demands otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programmes by following the steps specified in their respective mobile conditions if you have subscribed to other Maison-chefLTD. Mobile message programmes and desire to cancel. Email tagine.expres@gmail.com for support or assistance with the Service. We have the right to alter any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of any such changes. You realise that any communications you send to a short code or telephone number we have altered, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honouring requests made in such messages.
The Service’s wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered communications. You agree to supply us with a current mobile phone number. To the greatest extent permissible by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for the failure, delay, or misdirection of any information sent through the Service, any inaccuracies in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
